Gain size and try to keep my bf% as low as possible.
Goal (Long):
I want to add size to my frame. Right now I weight about 170 but I would like to add some more muscle and keep my body fat relatively the same or in a perfect world bring my body fat down a bit.

thank you...My weekend is just going smoothly yet, i didn't have time to workout eh...I didn't thought that it'll take that long..oh well, i'll be hiking soon. TTyl. :)
Oh cool!!! I am thinking to watch Pirates as well but I heard the Knocked Up is a good funny movie as well. Volleyball huh? That’s good nothing like a good workout when you’re outdoors. I will be supporting a run for a motorcycle for one of my friend on Saturday, and Sunday I will be hiking Mt. Talampais with my two girlfriends in Novato, Ca. But definitely try to train tomorrow before I get busy. Yes, It’ll be exciting. :)
I really don't even hit them too often...maybe twice a month. I play basketball for about 20/30 minutes before I workout every day and jump rope for about 10 minutes a day.
