monday- 30 min cardio w/compound strentgh moves followed by 1hour of total body strength(morning)
1.25 hours of cardio followed by another hour of total body Strength and muscle endurance training (night time)
tuesday is 24 lift (based on the priciple of overlaod)
cardio(gymnastics training for 2 hours)
wednesday _rest/ active recovery
thursday Total body strength and endurance training (1 Hour)
2 hours of gymnastics conditioning
friday- 30 minutes of bootcamp with 1 hour of lift (light day)
sat- 1.25 hours of cardio (bootcamp/ shadowboxing) |
