How I Started:
I was in the weight room all the time in high school- it was open to athletes all yera round. We could go in in the summer and lift before or after our cross country workouts and we had mandatory lift after school for basketball and track- so it was like a second home to me- and when I went off to college I continued with the weights for soccer and for cheer it was very important to keep my dynamic strength- it was a secret weapon of mine lol.
Why I Love It:
cause I get to do it while changing lives!! I am a Group Ex instructor for 24 hour fitness and I get to workout and help guide others along the path of healthy living!!
I was always an atheltic kid- I did swim team, gymnastics, dance- and pretty much any sport you can think of! there was fall ball and spring ball- allstars in the summer- if there was a score being kept and a winner to be determined I was playing!! I was very short and had pretty much the gymnast body when I was groing up- I wish I could turn back the clock for that body today!
well when My parents divorced while I was in grade school and remarried to not so nice people- we wont go there! but I turned to food for comfort- by 8th grade I weighed 185 lbs and was 5'4" ... mind you I was still active in sports I was now in cross country as well as my other activities!
I have been searching and stirving for the body I want for so long now- but I am determind to have a body I am proud of! one that turns heads and makes people say- woo i wish!!

monday- 30 min cardio w/compound strentgh moves followed by 1hour of total body strength(morning)
1.25 hours of cardio followed by another hour of total body Strength and muscle endurance training (night time)
tuesday is 24 lift (based on the priciple of overlaod)
