How I Started:
I'm not sure exactly when I started changing my eating habits. It really was a kind of thing where I woke up one morning and decided I was tired of being fat and feeling disgusting, and I wanted to do something about it. Now I'm adding workouts to the mix because diet without exercise has left me really flabby... ew.
Why I Love It:
I feel better when I've exercised, even sore muscles is a good feeling because I know I've done something good for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to keep my mind on the results of healthy diet and exercise, reminding myself that I've lost so much weight already and it can only get better if I stick to it.
My mom is also a really big motivator for me, she's been helping me out so much with changing my eating habits and giving me little tips. She is a bodybuilder and although I don't expect to look like her, it would be nice. ;)

Lost 67 lbs and am down from size 22 to size 16 pants!

Goal (Long):
I've been battling weight since I was a child, though most of the time it wasn't a battle, I just ate like crap and never exercised. I want to get down to a healthy weight for once (I've started with diet and have lost 50 lbs already) and start living a life that I feel good about.
Here's one of my own. I was hungry and bored this evening, so I decided to mix a thing I don't really like with a thing I love. Eggs and broccoli. My own Green Eggs, minus the ham.
Ingredients:
3 cups broccoli (I love broccoli)
6 egg whites, plus one egg yolk.

DON'T give it up...you've come way too far to quit now. I know how you feel about the smoking. I quit right before Christmas. Focus on your diet and exercise right now and when things settle down, then work on the smoking. You will get there!
