YUCK! lots of toning, and tightening do work on! And While I am at it I might as well add some killer quads, calves, and hamstrings!!!

It's been 4 weeks since I started my new lifestyle. Not too much progress yet, but I am just starting out so I know I have a long way to go!

I am not seeing much progress in the glute area (I actually think it looks worse) So I have a LONG way to go, but I will get there eventually. I am noticing a bit of improvement in the calves though.

These pics are after 4 days of no workouts and barely eating anything due to having the flu, still feeling crappy but trying to show new pics at least once a month.

Shoulders and arms are showing improvement. Still lots of work to do on my legs!
