Getting an 8 pack in a month in 1/2!!
losing 10% bodyfat in 6 months, dropping 4 pant sizes, and losing 20 lbs :)

i read them all when i was a kid, loved them. used to have a series on PBS that we watched all the time as a family. great stories! I was lucky to get in. been out for 13 years, seems like yesterday in some ways and a lifetime in others. i loved genetics, awesome stuff!

Wow, 6'1, Your my dream girl lol. Its weird for me being a bodybuilder and competing at 6'3" BAREFOOT lol, I tower over them all. But I love it, and the judges seem to think Im good at it. Wait till you the new pics that come out, the pics posted I was around 220ish, Now Im a solid 275 lol. I know Im slow, but oh well, Im anxious to see what I look like at 255 shredded.
