i want to increase my deadlift by 20 lbs by the end of march

I am determined to clean up my eating habits because i have fat to lose around my hips, thighs, and lower portion of my belly. I think what I really need is nutrient timing. The rest of my body is lean, but i would like to add a little bit more size to my shoulders, chest and back.

Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
my basement doesn't open/close at certain times of the day. i could workout at 2 a.m. Nobody is watching me.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
probably any sprinters body. they have muscles, but they aren't too big
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
too many to choose from. i guess i could say jen heath, jamie eason, jelena abou(spell correction?)
