I have always been pretty active starting from a very young age. I recently really wanted to transform my body and take it to another level.

Haha, this is not always an easy thing.....I tend to keep pictures around of what I want to achieve when it comes to my body. It sometimes helps to look at them before I try and reach for something I shouldnt eat :)

That sucks, back pain is the worst. Mine kicks in 3 or 4 times a year and lasts about a week or so. Does it really impact your day to day activities a lot?
yes it is but my parents help me out. i was going to be a nurse but i cant deal with how competive it is to get into the program so im goin to be a elementary teacher
