Always been active, a runner - but since having my baby I am acitvely pursuing overall fitness, really focusing on weight training for the first time. I'm really motivated by fitness industry to improve my "physique"
Why I Love It:
It feels great to be fit and healthy! Love to look AND feel good. I had a recenty revelation - esp after being on this site: MUSCLES ARE SEXY!
How I Stay Motivated:
Pictures, Fitness Magazines, my Husband - if I ever find the time, I'd consider competing. I already invest enough time in meal prep - and I'm not even contest bound

I've recently focused on increasing weight, and - lo and behold, it actually worked ;)

What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
Ummm if it's on a contest prep diet it probably doesn't taste great. OXYGEN Mag for women, or MF Hers, Eat Clean Diet Cookbook, and adapting some of Jessica Seinfield's recipes for deceptively getting my kid to to eat healthfully!

holy moly!! Girl, wish I looked that great months after giving birth...I gained 65 pounds for each of my 3 kids, so it took a good year to lose...I wasn't working out then either LOL!!!you look great though!
