ejthomp Patience and consistency! A few things to always remember.. your body weight will go up and down naturally depending on how much water it is holding...as much as 5-7 pounds...per day...on a good diet, you will lose 1-2 pounds of body fat per WEEK.. so unless you give a good diet 3 full weeks of consistency, there is no way to know whether you are gaining or losing weight. Weigh yourself ONCE PER WEEK and GO 3 WEEKS with any diet before making changes. Apr 27, 2010 9:33pm
