I started working out in highschool when I played for the varsity soccer team. I got more into working out at the gym after I graduated highschool back in 2002. I became a Fitness Instructor working at the YMCA and worked with them for 3 years. During that time my routines went off and on. I went to fire standards and my workouts became less and less. I actually stopped weight lifting for about a year before I picked it back up in December of 2006. From then it's been a rollercoaster. Right now I'm doing well again with my weight lifting, just doing horrible in the eating department. I'm training to get back into playing soccer again for the Fire Departments team. I also plan on staying in shape forever since I am a firefighter now.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of knowing that my body is shaping up the way that I want it after my workouts. I love the burn, it tells me that I'm doing it right. I love toning and working on my cardio for the sports that I play.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I start seeing results that def. keeps me motivated. I see all the ripped people in the gym and that helps me stay motivated. Also that I need to be in the best shape that I can to help save lives and protect property as a firefighter.
BB Accomplishments:
I never had a six pack until back in 2003. But then my rollercoaster ride of working out ruined it and I haven't had one since. I'm determined to get it back though.

Goal (Long):
Lose body fat percentage down to 12% at least. Increase size of bicep, tricep, chest, lats, traps, neck. Decrease size of abdomen. Strengthen and Define Quads, hamstrings, and calves.
For whoever reads this and might have an opinion on how I can change my eating habits. Here's my history.
I grew up not eating very healthy and mainly eating whatever I wanted. Therefore I have a sweettooth for sweets and junk. Not necessarily candy and whatnot more like, McDonalds, BK, Chick...
