How I Started:
Needed to loose weight and wanted to get in shape. I started on the treadmill, I lost 90 pounds so far, now I am bodybuilding 6 days a week using a split system, arms and chest one day, back and legs the next. I am interested in going as far as I can without harmful drugs like steroids.
Why I Love It:
It teaches discipline, and I increase my knowledge of my body, its potential, and I love the look of a ripped body, especially when its my own.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the results of a 90 pound weight loss and the newly developing muscles helps. My goal to loose fat and add lean muscle mass as well as gaining strength.
BB Accomplishments:
Still developing here, I just started, but eventually, I will have a sculpted body, and be strong.

Goal (Long):
My fitness goal is to continue on my weight loss journey to achieve 175-180 pounds and then add muscle until I have a sculpted body. I also want to gain strength so I can do push ups,
wide grip pull ups, and dips. I also want to be able to jog a couple of miles a day for cardio.

Are you a parent?
Yes
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
I am 47 and have a 4 year old son, bodybuilding and eating right helps ensure I will be able to
play with him, train with him (when he gets old enough) and be healthy to raise him. He models
daddy, and when he sees daddy eating "Muscle Food" he wants to eat it too, so he eats healthier like daddy.I am 47 and have a 4 year old son, bodybuilding and eating right helps ensure I will be able to

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
I manage a Mcdonalds, it is a physical job, I am in better condition for work. I work 9 hour shifts, and go to school, with out working out, I wouldn't have the energy to do this.
