Hey Baby. I'm back again. My goal for August is to lose 10 pounds. I know I can do it with you by my side! Keep working hard. You know I love everything you've done so far. Enjoy your new blanket. :)
Man, usually when I do abs I get the worst cramps. Then I'm sore for like a few days then things get back to normal.
Then there's drop sets for abs but you gotta be crazy to do that.
LOL, drop sets are the worst. When you put your arms through that kind of torture, you really and truly get mad when they don't grow as fast as you want.
Good to see you back though.
im doing GREAT AND will on in peak shape after the arnold its motivates me soo sooo much, yeah we have to change our game up here and there im starting up the P90x after i return from home!
You're right man. It doesn't get easier and if it did, its time to change it. No workout should be easy, just make sure they're not completely exhaustive and murderous either.
I just switched mine up to something I thought would be easier. Yeah, thought. I'm all messed up apparently but they're still going.
How about yourself?
