How I Started:
I started off by just having a few light dumbbells at home and curling them, it then went further when I took weight-training in high school. I then took my co-op at a great gym called Fitness Zone and that's where most of the change is happening.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes you feel and the results you get afterward, even the whole time in the gym the nice pumps, and everything is great.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just keep my mind focused and try to eat as much as possible (of the right foods) and always thinking about how much bigger I want to get. Music is a huge motivator as well when your feeling sluggish

niice, yea man my diet is the biggest thing i`m trying to work on. i got the workout aspect going well, but my diet is alright but i gotta get more actual lean food. Always so busy i dont have much time to cook solid lean meals i want.
