How I Started:
I was deployed and there was nothing to do beside work, eat, sleep and work out. When I came home my Wife HELLO!!!! Hot, and well I have been trying to stay in shape since. Sometimes I seem I dont yet anywhere, but I am not giving up.
Why I Love It:
The burn and how great I feel after the work out is done.

Hey Jeffie :) So, my family voted I throw a Halloween Party again this year. I'm making Pigs'n'blankets, Chili Cheese Queso, Salsa, A Veggie Tray, Granny Smith Apples with Caramel Dip, Cupcakes, Cookies, Punch...and ALL I can eat are the VEGGIES (and some Tuna)! >.< What do you think, do I have enough will power to resist? :) Anyway, I hope you have some fun plans for the weekend. ~Missy
well is there any type of resistance band or tubing etc where you could wrap it around the dumbell and make it harder to lift? do u know what im talking about? I have seen people do this before...but am not so good at explaining it.
