160-165lbs. This was in grade 12. I was playing football and rugby then, and i was working out once and a while. No serious training had been done at this point in time, which you can see cuz i look like a scrawny rat :P
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Frank Zane has one of my favourite builds of all time. Symmetry, definition, and just the right amount of size to look huge, but not rediculously freakish. My other favorite build is Steve Reeves, i WILL look like him one day.Frank Zane has one of my favourite builds of all time. Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
Jeff, thx for your comment as well! (And, yeah, Pumping Iron is a great film!) Seeking to get the mass you've attained while trying to keep my BF low (it's taken me two years to get it to 13%!) Thanks again for your motivating comments and keep up your great work! CJ
looks like you have a good training plan and if you can eat like that and lose weight more power to you.
What is your workout and diet plan from now till summer??(more pics?)
Ha that is so true man. As far as passing a physical then completely ignoring exercise after that fact... oh well hey it works for them. Great job on your bulk though. Bigger is better.
