How I Started:
I've always worked out somewhat..my parents got really into it for a while, getting a good trainer and everything, so i just kind of hung around with them, picking up diet tips and what not .. then i started training on and off for football/rugby in highschool .. the year after highschool i decided to go hard and train seriously to gain some muscle.
Why I Love It:
It's a great stress relief, keeps you lookin and feelin good
How I Stay Motivated:
By realizing that any stint in my progress now will be shown in a month's time.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining the amount of strength and muscle i have while keeping my bodyfat % relatively low in a 2 year period.

This was in grade 12. I was playing football and rugby then, and i was working out once and a while. No serious training had been done at this point in time, which you can see cuz i look like a scrawny rat :P
This picture was taken while houseboating at Shuswap Lake BC. I was 181lbs when this was taken.After a week of drinking and eating smokies/Fatty Steak and Burgers i lost 10lbs.

Goal (Long):
My main goal for training would be to stay at a weight approx 215-220 at 7%bf
Day 1:
Chest
*3 warm-up sets
a)* Incline Dumbell Press - 4 Sets
b) Flat Barbell Press - 4 Sets with a drop set for 4th set.
c) Weighted Dips - 4 Sets
d) Flat Dumbell Fly's - 3 Sets
Depending on my mood, I will switch flat and incline bench for first sets.
looks like you have a good training plan and if you can eat like that and lose weight more power to you.

Ha that is so true man. As far as passing a physical then completely ignoring exercise after that fact... oh well hey it works for them. Great job on your bulk though. Bigger is better.
