Heading towards the 30 and over club. Wanted to get back into some sort of shape like i was in '05 & '06.
Why I Love It:
At 6'0, being 150lbs can be cruel when the wind blows.[lol]. Though i'm genetically gifted to eat whatever i want and not gain weight, i'd love to show off this slim build with a lil added muscle.
How I Stay Motivated:
A mirror. [lol] I'd love to actually fill out a t-shirt one day. I had a 6-pack at one point in time. They went on vacation and now i want them back.
I need an attractive body to go along with this handsome face. lol. By my 28 birthday i want to be able to look at my old pics and say, "its about time i got a chest." I wouldn't mind building up a nice pair of legs either. lol.
Thank you 4 your words of encouragement! My trainer(Hubby) was out of town all wk so I was on my own w/my dieting & training. I just hope dat my pix will reflect + not - We are going to a wedding 2mro so I've changed my cheat day from Sun. 2 Sat.
