Not necessarily a partner, but I have no problem working out with people when I go. Because of my job, I am never at the gym at the same time on any day.
cheers for the comment bro, my diet is a good one really, just following some diet plans to help me keep on top of it really. thanks i have been blasting my abs alot because i have recently come out of an elbow injury so i could only do abs an legs. i would say if your just starting out still lift of course but just get more cardio in to lose some bodyfat an then your abs will show like everything else. keep at it man.
well I am living in syracuse, ny right now. as far as a trainer goes, your best bet would be to find one at a respectable gym such as golds or ballys. i am certified by NASM, which is one of the best certifications, other trainers might have ISSA or IFPA which are both pretty good ones. a one hour session will prob cost around 50 bucks. there are also trainers who are willing to come to you and train you in your own home. well good luck with your training!
Thank you, was VERY hard to get like that though. my current diet and competition diet are totally different, especially in terms of carb consumption. thank you for the kind words and best of luck with all your goals
