Please -- DON'T call me "Chris"! LOL! It's "Christian" or more often "XN" when online! Anyway, there is a fellow coach who is also a trainer in the Bristol, CT area. He is someone who i coached for many years, and is now a solid, succesful natural competitor, and a GREAT trainer/coach. go to www.decasculpting.com to see his personal training site.
