1FlapDown Jeff need to eat at least one 1 protien per pound per day. If you weigh 200lbs you need 200 proties. Watch your sugar intake and add 8 glasses of water per day. Make sure you allow yourself a cheat day! For sanity if anything else. Keep your workout simple. 4 exercises per body part for 4 sets each. I do a three day split chest/triceps back/biceps shoulders/legs Need to do atleast 30 min if cardio 3 times a week. If you have any questions ask Oct 21, 2011 10:27pm
