How I Started:
Gain strength and a more muscular body for on the job at first and began a hobby.
Why I Love It:
Working out is a great stress reducer and is the one thing no matter what I will look forward every day and see as an accomplishment regardless if the day ends up being a flop of unaccomplished tasks.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated seeing my goals as being very achievable and surrounding myself with goal oriented accievers who have achieved their goals and are willignt o pass there knowledge on to all and any that wish to excel.
BB Accomplishments:
Just started a brand new training plan, I am very excited about and devoting 100% motivation to. Expecting great results.
