Jeeem Update. Doctor was happy with my weight gain. But said I cannot go to the gym for another month or 2. Going to do light workouts at home.

  • It sure sounds like it. If I'm feeling bad for ya, you've GOT to be feeling horrible. Just gear that food intake up as you approach the end of all this shenanigans, if you can. You deserve to make 2013 YOUR year after going through this. We're all rooting for ya buddy. So when you're back in the gym, we expect to see every one of your posts, oozing with BEAST MODE.

Jermhead86 After 2 months man I'm glad to see you're getting better! Keep postive though! One session back in the gym and you'll be back on the wagon makin crazy gains im sure. I had been pretty happy with my results so far from the shortcut to size program. Had up'd my weights so was cheerin, but i just got the opportunity to do a free 29 day transformation so I've put that on pause for a bit. Seems to be ok but maybe not as intense as id like...
