My friend Jarrett got me into bodybuilding years ago. Been doing it ever since.
Why I Love It:
Helps balance the stress out in my life. Helps make me "look" better. Helps keep me physically in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation comes from within. Once you begin seeing results, it generally becomes easier to maintain the desire for working out.

Want to gain more muscle while toning ever so slightly.

My primary goal is to reach 220 lbs through pure muscle increase - a definite long term goal. While building muscle, I want to make sure I'm not just adding slabs of meat onto my body; I'd like to also add some minor hints of definition along the way.
