My dad has sparked a passion within me that has been lit since i was a little boy and just like he says "be patient and never give up."
Why I Love It:
Its more than just lifting weights it is a lifestyle, a sense a being, a sense of accomplisment,you are the one in control of how you look so work your hardest.
How I Stay Motivated:
I realize to look perfect i have to act perfectly in ever aspect of my life and that drives me.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 30 pounds in less than 5 months some fat but alot of mass.
Got the leanest i've ever been this summer. And i'm now trying to increase my weight slowly and clean. Eating right at 3000 cal 400gr carbs 60 fats and always stay at 300gr protein. but may increase soon. Also carb cycle sometimes to mix things up and stay lean.
Mon.-Chest-Triceps
Tues.-Back-Biceps
W ends.-Abs and misc. Cardio
Thurs.-Legs
Fri.-Shoulders
S ometimes ill mix chest back in on Friday to keep strength gains and stretch out also biceps if they're not to sore.
Any suggestions that people thing work better im always open for new ideas.
Are you gonna do a clean bulk or get a a bit fatty like before? Just asking. / I need to fix my diet along the way, yeah. Are you like "40% protein/40% good fats/20% carbs"? How is your diet going?
Hey, man, I'm doing cardio like you said. I'm doing it continuously. But it raises some question regarding my body getting used to it. What happens, then? You did some 6 months of cardio, right? How come you manage to take out so much fat with cardio if our body gets used to it? I'm afraid of this. Can you clean this up a bit? Thank you. Another thing: your new pics look even more ripped. Yo, can you tell me how was your cardio work for you to drop your fat away? I mean, was it HIIT or just some 20 minutes after working out? Fasted cardio? Anyway, hope you can tell me. You rock, man! Keep up!
Justin, I guess the best suplements are from Optimum, right? I have some friends who take those and they are like you; high quality development and size. I'm really thinking about taking some of that **** lol. Anyway, you look american classic, man! Huge. Wonder how is your workout like. You've been working hard since 2006. It has paid off. Congrats!
