How I Started:
I always had an interest in sports in general and just decided to take up gym training with my friends to keep myself fit.
Why I Love It:
As i got into the weights side of things and started to see the changes i began to get that buzz and liked the way i saw my physique started to become more defined. I also love that pumped up feeling after each workout, and saying to myself (Who's the man) when i have moved up a dumbell in weight. I have always from a young age admired the likes of Flex Wheeler and how ripped he looked.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm always motivated by the fact that i am in my mid 40's and like a fine wine i seem be getting better with age. Seeing what my hard work has acheived to date also keeps me motivated to strive that bit further.

Goal (Long):
I have always believed in looking after yourself, well-being is key to prolonged life and can asist us in the event of illness etc.
It also makes us feel good about ourself, if you are in good health it also boosts your confidence.
From a young age I admired the likes of Bruce Lee and set my sights of one day becoming as Ripped as him with the sight bulk of the Boxing Champion Marvelous Marvin Hagler.
Long term i would like to keep pluging away at getting that six pack nice and crisp (God Dam it... that area is hard work ) Improve on lowering my bodyfat% even further and lift heavier on Dumbell press as i just love that pumped up feeling.
If only exchanges like that were possible, I'd probably donate a lot of it. And try to get some and barter from some of the pros. Oh well, maybe one day.
Just looked at your pics and it looks like your doing everything right anyway mate.
Good definition another stone or two would look good tho.
But a you already know it takes a while to add that sort of bulk!!
But I hope i look half as good as you in 12yrs time.

Thanks bro :) Are you talking about the one I took back in April? I'll have new pics up this Sunday actually. My back will look a lot better....currently focusing on getting the thickness for sure since it's already pretty ripped up.
haha you'll learn to love it. I used to hate it but when you really sink into your head that working legs will make everything else bigger, you know you just gotta do it. You're a gym manager so you know these things.....hit legs hard and followup with a problem area and you'll release testosterone into whatever muscle precedes the legs in the same workout.
i m a allrounder, i played cricket, football hockey , every game ,,as far as u said, u want to get bulked,my routine is , i eat rice boiled onez and chicken and egg whitez, and do heavy exericse for bulking and now a days i have a competetion , so i m on just , boiled chicken and egg whitez, ,,,
