Summer is pretty well over. I go back to University in a couple weeks. What did I do this summer? I worked, trained and slept. There were no major gains made, but I have high hopes for the near future.

Hey mate! Yeh its good stuff! For my first 2 days i used 1 scoop, Then the 3rd day i went onto 2, So the 4th day i tried 3 and had stupidly bad diareah, like realllly bad haha! Try 3 scoops at about 6 days in to see how your body reacts to it! Take it around 3-4 times a week and not everyday! I take it when i train chest, shoulders and arms!
