In a solid zone with regards to balancing diet, cardio and weight training. Once pace to hit my end of year weight target!

Needs to start cutting some lbs again as part of triathlon training (~15 lbs by end of year). Not sure how with holiday season coming up!?

Ran 8 miles this morning. Getting ready to run the Barber to Boise 10K race this weekend (goal pace: high 6's)!

5 mile run this morning with Ryan Vestel. We were right on a 7:30 pace, but I felt really good. Next 5 mile run will be sub 7 minutes!

Hitting spinning classes and running hard. Need to get out on the road bike and get some road miles in! Diet is going well so far!

Back on the diet (80% disciplined). Plan to lose 15-20 lbs before January so that I will be in the home stretch for the Ironman 70.3 in June

Ran 5 miles this am, which included one small hill. Pushed pace a little and finished in 36:30. Goal is to drop 4 min by end of year!

12 week transformation key results: lost 36.5lbs, dropped 13.3% bodyfat and lost 6.3" off waistline. I am EXTREMELY pleased with my results!

Transformation COMPLETE. Pics and measurements taken (other than a couple fun pics later today). Bring on the carbs and sugars!!!

Last day of transformation w/ pics tomorrow! Carb loading and water depleting (sauna tonight to dry up). Almost at the finish line!

Day 5/Final Week - 12 week transformation. Carb reload process in effect. Not depleting water per Mr. Gethin (he better be right!) :)
