How I Started:
After 12 years of dance it was time to move on. After i quite, i needed something to do to keep me in shape so i just started going to the gym!
Why I Love It:
Running and cardio always helps me let out some stress!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing other girls that have excellent bodies!! I want that!!!
BB Accomplishments:
I did once get to a weight that i enjoyed, but it was an unhealthy one and am looking for a lifestyle change, not a crash diet!!

You should weight train with weights like no more than 15 pounds in high reps your body will look smaller as you want i guess. BTW commented on your last blog.

hey thats fantastic!!! congrats. For me I had the week with family, had to do a suit fitting with my brother for his wedding. Lots of uni work to catch up on so Im stressing over that :P Training is going ok,getting back on track, been adding a fair bt of cardio, hoping to see some results coming up soon :) whens your new pics come up?
