Played a lot of sports in high school and thats what got me in to it...
Why I Love It:
I love knowing i can doing things that most people can't do and just love the look!
never going to stop working out!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
uhm, When ever I'm having one of them weeks where i don't want to work out, I just look at the average person and i get more motivated!! because i don't want to be Average!
BB Accomplishments:
over 1,000lbs on Bench,Deadlift and Squats and Weighting 187bs...

Goal (Long):
Goal Short:To get 315x5 on bench and to get 250x5 on In-Bench........
Goal Long: I want to be Weighting 215lbs-220lbs at 7-8% body fat and doing 350lbs max on bench and doing 315lbs and max on In-bench...
Im just curious, whats everybody's favorite pre-workout drink and why?
I was wondering this because, as we all know, many things are very much the same (ex. BSN Cellmass is pretty much just extremely expensive CEE) but pre-workout drinks are almost always proprietary blends and complexes...
Well Canada is finally warming up and the snow is finally melting, can't wait till it's ALL GONE!!
Also can't wait for bikini weather :)
