How I Started:
Was a tackle in Highschool my freshman year weighting 247 lbs. Decided I hated being that big so I cut down to 185 that year. After that I fell in love with martial arts, which has helped me to continue to train.
Why I Love It:
I had dreams of bodybuilding back when I was just a kid. I would sit and read for hours about fitness. I was inspired by reading books by the greats such as Arnold and Franco Columbu.
How I Stay Motivated:
Remembering how far I've come from my high school days to now, I'm following my dreams by improving myself daily. Music is a must for me in the gym!
