Dude. My peaks are the bomb! But my arms are only 14 inches, it's soooo sad. =( HOWEVER, I'm not the kind of guy that gives up. They'll grow. Even if it takes me 10 freakin' years, I'll make these puny arms grow. . . . . .right??? right.

Ive scaled it down but i was hitting some 3-4 hour sessions consistently last year. It was murder in the gym.

Thanks! I appreciate it. I am trying to eat pretty clean, I graze throughout the day on veggies like carrots, broccoli, and celery, and on carbs like low fat granola, flax seed corn chips, yogurt. I don't do any cardio right now, I'm trying to bulk first and foremost. I lift for about an hr 4-5 days per week.

My diet when im good is the same you hear over and over. Lots of lean protein, eat 6x a day and complex carbs earlier in the day... Thanks for the comment bud..
