Jconn87 Been getting at it hard 4-5x a week in the weight room and 5x a week cardio. Feeling good, seeing muscle def, but my problem area is my mid.

  • I have the same area. It dies out with proper diet. Don't worry, stay on your current path of awesome. Lbs will respectfully bow out at a certain point.

BadT for ME abs/midsection is ALL diet and cardio. I dont so a lot of core work (except making sure i'm holding tight during my lifts) ab routine once per week is weighted decline crunches, hanging leg raises and torso twists.. Oct 29, 2011 10:26am
