My brother got me into it I pretty much followed, I mean back then my older brother was my role model....well that and my Dad.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of the pump...makes you feel like your invincible (best feeling in the world) and of course I love to stay in shape!
How I Stay Motivated:
Music and reading other peoples struggles with staying motivated those really get me going and the occasional motivational movie here and there *cough* *cough*...Rocky 1-4
BB Accomplishments:
I cant say I have accomplished anything yet but that is because I have been on and off with my routine but now that I am in Japan for two years this will give me some real good time to blow up which I have been planning on but never had the time but....MY TIME IS NOW!

I am pumped for back today; they are by far my favorite days to workout. I feel great today over all so it should turn out to be a very good workout. Woke up with a good meal, eggs, toast, oatmeal and some milk along with a protein bar for my mid morning meal to keep my appetite subsided...
