How I Started:
I started out at 228lbs of nothing but pure fat. I started working out and fell in love with body building. I am currently trying to get bigger and leaner which is very hard to do.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel. It is a huge rush when I break through a plateau or obtain a personal best. Just wish I could get my six pack in and add about 2 inches to my arms
How I Stay Motivated:
I just look at old pictures of myself before I started working out.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I would like to have my role models body..ARNOLD'S!!!!! I think alot like him and have the intensity that he trained at, but don't get the results that he got..LOL. Maybe one day.

The Vaso/Dialene combo will give you a lot more bang for your buck. Not only does NOXplode taste horrible, but it's underdosed. The Vaso berry flavor rocks and has a few more things in it. I'd definitely give that combo a try for your next purchase!

hey I cant help at all with a trainer in your area but i drive all the way to mobile to train every few months u may want to something like that It may seem crazy at first but considering the time u might as well trai with ifbb pros, know?

Thxs! Cole got 2nd and 3rd at SteelWorld. He got two 2nd places in Panama City. We actually did better in Panama City which is a "higher" level competition. You can say that we were a little "worn out" by the time we got to Mobile! I'm getting ready for state competition in August! (and keeping Jill busy!) Train hard! Suzie
