Hey man since ur a trainer and all I was wondering if u could give me some advice. I want to get more cut up and lose excess fat. But I noticed that im losing strenght/muscle size. What do u suggest i do to stop losing size and strength?

Looking at ur workout, it looks like ur def getting enough cardio. I don't know what kinda weights u do, but try to do sets of 20 or so if ur not already. Basically what i did was 45 min cardio everday, i took hydroxycut, did a bunch of abs everyday, high intensity weights, limted carbs and sodium. Oh yeah and drink a lot of water.

Good luck losing your weight. I know u can do it. When I wanted to lean out I lost 32 lbs in 8 weeks. Work hard u will get their.
