During the course of my workout I like to keep my heart rate in the cardio zone 140-165 beats/min. So very little rest and a lot of circuits.
Day 1
10 min warm up on the row machine.
Chest
-bench 3X12, flys or cable cross 3x12
Shoulders
-CircuitX3: Db shoulder press X10, side rasies...
side gigs, thats cool, i think that's what i'd want too. not looking to make a career out of it (i cant), but the extra cash on the side is great (i need $$). so u just go to auditions? how do u get started? thx
ah, thank u. yes, i like the shorts style too. so what u model for? i think modeling is the best job in the world. they pay you to look good, workout, and its EASY money! woohoo!
Thanks man, but I know it wasn't all muscle. My body was primed for soaking up water and food after my cut, plus the PH cycle helped add the extra weight.
Haha the video wont show, maybe since Im not a member, but I searched around and did find it. That thing looks painful man. Hopefully Ill scope it out tomorrow though :). thanks man,but they are 22" cold but i can get close to 22.75" pumped,but that might be the best comment i have gotten,especially from someone as big as you.
