hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!

Thats pretty cool man, you'll actually be surprised with those pro indoor teams! I trained with the Pro Indoor team in Cinci for a while, and it's really just ground and pound with a few really technical guys. It's almost like modifed hockey some games, but then other games it's really technical. As of now my chances are looking good. I've got a lot of contacts in Europe and in the States I'll be taking advantage of soon to go on trials.
