What up Dev. Haven't been on this site in almost a year since I tore my shoulder. Just started lifting again recently. You're lookin' big though man, how's college?

hahah thanks man. yeah i finally got it. tried 235 almost had it too, congrats on your bench. next goal is 250 bench @ 175 BW by Christmas

thanks man. nice progress also. i just injured my shoulder, not sure if i'll even attempt the 2 plates. we'll see.

1st time i saw no real results. Maybe a strength increase. This time i did a loading phase, and I am drinking plenty of water. I like the results more so far.

No bro I'm off the creatine right now I've been in volleyball season the last 3 months. It ends next week and I plan on recycling the creatine and bulking over the summer hopefully to 170. Playing vball I've shed about 5 lbs to 155 and I havent been working out much. Thanks for the check up I'll hit you back at the end of the summer. Hopefully at 170 lbs!

NICE bro. congrats. unfortuately i play volleyball for my school and ive only been working out once a week, sort of a fullbody. haven't maxed in 3 weeks. my guess is im still hovering at 210. but summertime its back to business.

Whats up dude. Yeah i'm getting a little closer. When you posted last i think i was at 195-200. I hit 205 recently, next stop 210. When i eat a ton my chest progresses. How bout you how are the goals looking??

Lol exactly the same dude. I am 158 at 5'10.5" I got up to 161,162 but i'm hitting a plateau. Looks like we both got goals of 170. Good luck!!

Hahah my bench moves up slowww dude. Im working on it. I see your goal is march, mine is june 15. We'll both get there though. How long you been lifting you have a great start!

yeah the weight has really plateaued. i need to jumpstart that again and gain some quick lbs.

my bench is really slowing down i need to add another 20 lbs. to that and my incline and overhead need about 15 more. as for weight i set a goal of 20 and gained 7 so i need 13 more lbs. progress is slow but at least its coming.
