How I Started:
After taking my waist measurement and saw that I was a 28, it freaked me out. I have always been a 24 and I want that number back. That is how I got started.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me feeling great and motivated in life. I also sleep better the nights I work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by updating this website with current numbers. I know that if I don't work out my numbers are going to get worse and shameful.

Workout Program:
I do the Ab roller for 15 mins (which in this case would be doing 70 to the front and 70 to the sides).

I then do another 15 mins using a work out video.

Then, STEPS for about 45 mins.
