Goal (Long):
I have always been pretty athletic.. with or without 20 extra pounds. I want to consistently acheive MORE. I am dedicated to transforming my body like never before and adopt a clean eating lifestyle along with a dedication to fitness.
My body craves exercise and to be physical. I look forward to setting goals here and making them become a reality.
I will lose twenty pounds and gain muscle!

I am not training like I should. I am doing alittle here and alittle there. Do not get me wrong, I am sore as we speak. That monster intensity is just not there at the moment. I am making progress but it will take longer at this rate. I am glad to hear that your training is going so well. My biggest problem has and will always be my nutrition. Maybe you could school me in that area. Have a good turkey day. Bigg huggs to ya.
