I try to stay away from anything "man made", because it is usually bad for you. I eat all types of fruits, veggies, good fats, lean meat, oily fish(sardines and salmon). I eat most of my carbs toward the morning and afternoon. Plain oatmeal with some fruit and honey for example.
Probably mastered the art of eating "uncleanly." LOL! The past 3 weeks have been so rough with Grandma's dialysis and my losing my job, new floor going into the kitchen, I have not been able to really prepare good food. Ate Burger King burgers and 7-11 hotdogs. I do, however, when I eat this badly don't eat much! Also did Eat Stop Eat (Brad Pilon) Friday night through Saturday night. That helped.
Yes sir, this is my weather! In a few more weeks there will be a crispness to the air! Those are the best days for me to run. I don't think the leaves have peaked down here yet. As far as raking leaves, my Step-father rolls over them with the lawn mower. LOL! BTW, the chest is looking great. I may need your chest workout!
My photographer is trying to take advantage of the situation. He told me he NEEDS a very expensive camera for his birthday...you know, to take good pictures of ME. Ha, ha...kids!!
Nothing much bro. Went on vacation and visited my home country. (India) it was mad fun and now back at point 1 lol. Gained all back because of the yummy food I had in India. but now game on. back on that routine. ;-)
about 2 yrs ago... I went too heavy on bench press. since then my rotator cuff/shoulder joint has been off and on. I think since focusing on shoulders, I've had to really focus on treating the joint with care. Last night I went heavy... probably too heavy. I'll give it a couple of weeks and lots of light reps to get it up to speed.
