Nah, i didn't eat too much food cause i never made it home for Christmas. due to the snow, my flights were canceled. so, i returned to my place, cooked, ate, slept and hit the gym. it was all good though.

Happy 2010 sir! I'm glad the changes to your routine have proven fruitful! I got the 3 pounds off, now striving to get a cleaner look back. I've added a backpack with weights to add more resistance. As far as starting them young, my nephew loves to do push-ups, etc., etc. He thinks he has a six pack LOL!
