Overall Goal: I want to reach my goal weight of 50-55kg so I can be proud of myself for reaching that goal and look alot better than I do now. By the way the photos of me are me at 55kg I am now 65kg...just don't want people thinking I want to lose too much.

How I Started:
After having my son, I want to lose some weight. I also want to be a good example for my son and avoid all the nasties like heart disease and diabetes.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself.
Somedays is hard to motivate myself but I do it and always feel better for doing so.
I also love the feeling of looking great in a pair of jeans too!
Oh yes another thing (seen as how I have had some more than friendly interest)-I am here to improve myself not find a husband I already have one and am very happily married!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading women's mags like Oxygen, tracking my fave female competitors, getting on websites like this where eveyone here has a common goal.
I have also put pictures up of the old me and have a vision of who I want to be.These pics of me are when I was at 55kg I am 65kg at the moment so have 10 to lose to get back to that then another 5 to reach my goal.
I like reading other's stories of their journey's that inspires me. I work as a Police Officer so have to have a reasonable level of fitness. Porky cops don't look good in their uniforms..lol. No more doughnuts in this camp! :)
I also like to prove to my hubby that I can do it not just talk about it like alot of people do.

Heya jaysmum, just checking on how the training has been going? Im on a new program/diet and really happy it, dropped a bit of weight, gradual increases in strength, but also getting a bit more definition
