Easy day today. Didnt feel like breaking my diet at all so that was easy and as far as the workout I just went home and got it done. Did several sets and variations of puchups with some dips and then went outside and hit the road for some HIIT for 25 minutes. The only bad thing was that when...
Protein and lots of water. I do one day on two days off on legs and repeat. To get pumped fast I would suggest creatine. Although I'm not currently taking it last year I did and it works. Creatine also helps you push hard and fast on cardio due to the effects of that particular mix with your muscle and water absorption. I could go on and on about supplements, meals and cardio training that worked for me and didn't work so if you have any questions just shoot.
I have made excuses during my yo yo dieting and I have made the commitment to do this for me. I see my time working out as ME time and vow to stick to my plan. I have changed careers, jobs gotten married, hurt my back, the excuses go on and on. I do weight watchers and this time I vow to stick to it no matter how long it takes to get to goal and to become a lifetime member and still go every week! This is a lifetime struggle and way of life.
I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 following BFL also in the same 12 weeks. I have found that you get the best results by following a well-designed program such as Body for Life. If you challenge yourself you will be amazed at the changes and how fast they happen.
