How I Started:
Well I used to be the over weight chick that everyone made jokes about(171lbs)....
I remember never making the sports teams in middle school because it was a fit girls thing. I have to say my brother pushed me most of the way with his amazing success. He was very obese..330lbs and is now 175lbs...we helped each other along the way and it really paid off. I always tried to lose weight and when nothing worked and I felt like giving up I saw my brother losing weight by dieting and lifting weights...so I hopped in and saw my body transform...now I love it and wouldn't want to do anything else. I am also very athletic, I am currently wrestling, I have done different forms of martial arts...but kickboxing/boxing is by far my favorite, running is a must for me..not everyday but it helps to get a good sweat and burning lungs when you are feeling down about yourself.
Why I Love It:
I love it because you can sculpt your body, and you know you are the one doing it and the way you can make it look so great and different. Also all the progress and success you get to see and feel.:) helps with strength when it comes to comtact sports.
How I Stay Motivated:
My family, especially my older brother and mom, they really encourage me. I also like the feeling of looking good and eating healthy, there is absolutely no better feeling than knowing that you are being good to the only thing you really own, your body. Kicking the guys butts in weight training is also a great push, got to keep your game up. ;)
BB Accomplishments:
Losing over 50 pounds and gaining muscle, itt feels great to know I did it and I'm still doing it. Getting m schedule worked around a busy day and making my diet easier, more excessable and cleaner.

wow you are one of the most impressive people i have seen on here. my sister is currently 170 pounds and im trying to motivate her myself. i think im going to use you as a good example for her :)
