This was me at 175 about six months before I started trying to get better. That soda in front of me is a mountain dew, which I can't really stomach more than half a can of anymore.

Yes, I'm a nerd. You can't really see it, but this is after I'd been working for a solid four months. Compared to the other picture, I'd say that's pretty damned good.
