I'd like to hit 230 by February, but no matter how much I eat, I seem to be leaning out. Wanna lose my gut too.
Goal (Long):
The profile pic is about four months old. I've gained muscle and lost fat since it was taken. :) Stopped drinking and smoking cigarettes and pot. Oh yeah, I do overhead presses with dumbells. I'd like to gain some mass, but it's getting harder because of my work (I have to travel a lot) and because I simply can't seem to eat enough. When I do, it appears to go straight to my gut. :(
its alright... i think FF is too commercial though. Theres only one squat rack but its enough cause no one squats. All the gym is missing is an olympic platform though.
Sup. Nope, Twilo is dead. Even the reincarnated Twilo (in Miami) is also dead. Twilo in NYC has been gone since May of 2001. I still carry the name, though. Glad you have good memories of the place- I used to love it there. :)
Hells yeah, Jay. I'll have to look at the Brazilian offerings again. I've got a tricked out Taurus .44M that's never given me a lick of trouble. Freakin canon, though. And I, too, do overhead presses with dumbells! al

As far as my strength, I did lose some while I was cutting, but I also took a 6 week break from lifting (was just doing cardio) - but I've been lifting again for about a month or so and my strength is coming back fairly quickly.
Good luck with your cutting, you'll reach your goals in no time!
