How I Started:
I have always tried to do my pushups and situps.But it wasnt until I bought a weight set off a buddy until I really got started.Its been three years now and I just cant put them down.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it makes me so much healthier.Thats not the only reason thou.It also makes me feel and look great.Its a great natural high that calls for great discipline and gives a wonderfull since of accomplishment.It adds to my life in severall ways.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well I think I explain that when I talk about my love for it.For the record tho THE REWARDS!

Thanks man, I think I should have got second but I cannot complain since I never really did it for the placing. If I was fatter then I would have still been able to finish.

that is a very impressive mass gain! congrats! yeah it sucked to have to take all that time off, but i started back last week and am working on just getting back in shape. my workouts are going really good so far, so that is good news. good luck with your training!
