I have been working out off and on for many years but I always take way too much time off. I am wife and mother of three and always stay very busy but I am tired of being chunky and I am ready to achieve my goals.
Why I Love It:
First of all I love working out because of the natural high that I feel. I also love it because it is something that my husband and I like to "compete" with! We both pretty much let ourselves go so now we have decided to get back in shape and eat right so now we will see who can make the best transformation!! I am so going to SMOKE him!! LOL
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband and kids keep me motivated. I want to be able to keep up with my kids and I want to be the smoking hot wife that my husband deserves! By the way... he finally has a BB.com profile!! Check him out-- JDJohn02. He is just now beginning his transformation (9-14-08) so I can't wait to watch him on his journey!!

Well, I completed my first part of my transformation so now I'm on to my next phase... Get really lean!

Goal (Long):
My current goal is to get back in shape. I started Nursing school in January and it all went down hill form there. I have put on almost 10 pounds and I would like to lose the bodyfat and reclaim my definition that I had in December! I want to do it in less than two months. We are plainning on a cruise a I want to have my body back before then!
Ugh... I forgot how hard the first week of eating right really is! I'm shakey, cranky, and hungry! Next week will be so much better. I just need to stay focused. I'm so pissed that I let myself go again but it's ok. I am back on track now and I know I can do it again. I guess I underestimated...
Sometimes you have to put the training on the back burner in order to improve yourself in other areas.
Don't worry about it, I'm sure you will get back into shape in no time at all. You still look awesome and good luck in the future.

No shame in falling off the wagon, only in not getting back on. just remember to stay focused and keep that mental pic in your head of how sexy you want to be. I am hanging in there. been doing some new things also to help me get better.
