Are you taking any posing classes? It helps before you plan to show because you will squeeze the excess water out of your muscle tissue. I was on a diet of 150g Carbs, 225g Protein and 35g Fat with a carb up day once a week (200-250g).

You never quite know if your ready until you get on stage. Are you competing in the Novice division? Someone said to me, dominate then move up to the Open Class. Counting calories? What's your breakdown for carbs, protein and fats?

Thanks for the comment. I was 170 and about 4% BF at the show. 2010, I'm going for 170-175 at 2-3% BF. Where are you competing?

Have you ever tried the P90X workout? I think you would LOVE it! And it would definitely give you that 6 Pack! I'm thinking of doing a few of the DVD's over the holidays, like Kempo, Cardio +, Yoga X and Plyo's.

Getting over a cold, but trying to add some size before the end of the year to my upper body. The weight is going up so, hopefully that will translate to 5-10 lbs of muscle for 2010. If your going to compete, get ready for the diet!

Are you taking over the gym, lol. Writing down your workouts are the only way you can push yourself the next time through the routine. Hopefully our paths will cross soon. I keep on missing you.
