When I Started: Jan, 2007
How I Started: I got started after wrestling season my junior year. I was in place to go to sectionals, and even states, for wrestling then I injured my knee. I got so depressed I totally stopped working out, and let my diet go. I wrestled 189 and shot up to 230. I looked at myself in the mirror and told myself it was time for a change. So I did a little ground work, picked up a book called the Abs Diet, and changed my life
Why I Love It: That last set. That last rep. Especially after a hard work out, and a long week. Pushing yourself and telling yourself you can and will do this last rep with perfect form and intensity. That's what I love about it
How I Stay Motivated: I relapsed during wrestling season this year, and got off to a bad start. But know I'm doing my homework again, and getting my nutrition right, and form right. Knowing that all this hard work WILL pay off, and has before, keeps me motivated

Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): Become fit and lean. I'm in this more for fitness, not huge mass.
Goal (Long): I've always been fat. Not chubby, but fat. As I write this I'm on the chubby side. But I don't want to stay like this. When I was overweight I had all kinds of health problems, and it was just a bad period in my life. So now I'm trying to develop a body that I can be proud of. I'm not looking to be huge, or bulky. Just fit and lean. That's what I'm all about. Eating healthy and having the knowledge of what to do, not just for me, but for others to. I like to help out, and I feel I can't help out until I get my own papers in order so to speak.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

Heeey first post. Alright, so wrestling season has been over with for a while, and I decided against volleyball. So I took up weightlifting. Now being 17 theres a lot I can and can't do, and I still have school and things like that. But it's all good.
