Fourth of July weekend 2007. I'm on the left. I had started a new business and was at my all time worst shape. 205 lbs of chewed bubble gum and hadn't been in the gym in over a year! Transformation time!! How could I have let it get this bad..AHHH!!!
Yet another month of great clean bulk gains (6lbs!) up to 171 and still with a six pack.. clean bulking should make for easy cutting in a couple of months =)

How's the clean bulking coming? So Christmas "dining" hasn't overcome you? ;-] That's pretty impressive if so. Thanksgiving was rough, but I'm eating nothing but junk food right now, and I'm up to 18% body fat. Oddly, my muscle mass seems to be going down.
Anyway, keep up the hard work, and seriously. Update your body weight. You are not that light. You've got no fat but your muscle mass if much greater than that ;-]

How are ya man? I am good! I had to stop training for health reasons but I am getting back into it hardcore next week ,, lifting, swimming and running! still gunning for 8-10bf% and ripped-ness. Thank you for your help!

i've started a cutting phase for the first time. trying to shred some bf--get def in my torso like you brother. progress is steady but slow. need to get my diet clean. do you do any cardio or is itall blood & sweat with the iron?
